  • At this time, Northwest Fire Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All shipping prices are based upon shipping to one location. Please make separate orders for each shipping location.



  • Return Policy

    If you need to return any merchandise for any reason you must first contact us at; sales@nwfirestore.com. Merchandise that is being returned must be new unwashed condition. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the shipping to return the merchandise.  If the item is unwanted and there is no defects with the product there will be a 15% restocking fee.  The cost for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
